The founder of Lady Chef Creations™, Chef Tia Combs, wanted to have a business in which she could be proud to call her own. And she wanted it to be centered around the family. Her mother, Debbie works closely along side of her. There's nothing that this duo can't accomplish. |
It all began in 2008 when a friend wanted Chef Tia to make her a small cake for her grand-daughter's birthday. And then another cake, and then another! Word got out about the delicious creations that it sparked a notion in Chef Tia's brain. Quality baked goods at affordable prices! Thus, Lady Chef Creations™ was born!

Who is Chef Tia Combs?
Chef Tia Blazek
Chef Tia Combs attended Orlando Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program in 2004. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2006. But she discovered her passion for the culinary arts long before she attended school.
At the age of 4, she would help her mother in the kitchen and prepare cakes and brownies on her own. By 10 she was making meals for the family.
When she attended Blue Mountain Academy, a Seventh-day Adventist Private School in 2001-02, she was able to work as the baker on campus. That's when she knew it was her true calling.
She has worked in many avenues of the culinary business the past 11 years, as well as a nutrition counselor. She has also taken a stab at writing.
